Here you will find an overview of the Lighthouse Swim.
This Open Water Swim Event was initiated by citizens from Kiel and San Francisco and takes place annually in both Kiel and San Francisco. Swimmers from both regions swim either 4 or 14 kilometers through the Kiel Fjord for marine conservation. A supporting program on the Kiellinie with live broadcasts, entertainment and action stands from marine conservation organizations makes the event accessible to the general public.

The Lighthouse Swim has firmly established itself in Kiel's event calendar. For Saturday, July 8, 2023, around 200 athletes have registered to take on the sporting challenge and at the same time enjoy a joint swim.
