The Digital Challenge 2025 has once again shown how versatile digitalization and artificial intelligence can be used today.

Five clients, seven challenges: This year, Adelby 1, Carl Stratz GmbH & Co. KG, the City of Flensburg, Norddeutsche Gesellschaft für Diakonie and Agrarservice Lass GmbH took on real challenges - from inclusion and participation to digital administration and knowledge management.

After an intensive project week in the companies, the student teams presented their practical and creative solutions at the final in the IHK in Kiel:

• Support and precise matching in school support
• Automated fault and maintenance communication for renewable energy systems
• Integration and analysis of private organic waste in energy generation
• Simplification of municipal heat planning
• AI support for on-site fitters
• Individual voice bots for customer advice
• More efficient administrative processes through AI assistance for citizens

Music, AI and a party atmosphere at the end

Immediately after the award ceremony, the next creative challenge awaited: a music AI prompt battle, which created the perfect atmosphere for celebrating and networking together.
