"We connect people" is one of our association's guiding principles. It's all about contacts and many of our projects have arisen from exchanges in various formats within the association. The openness and willingness of our members to participate in new topics is the catalyst for new and great projects. To facilitate this exchange, the association asked for a monthly meeting. The sense of community at the annual meeting should be taken up in a monthly meeting, which should increase contact and generate new projects.
As YoungTBA, we stand for the next generation in the association. With our project team "You@TBA" we organize the new networking format in the association: Bay Area Monthly short BAM.

In times of contact restrictions, we now have the opportunity to take the whole thing directly to a digital level: The BAMs therefore take place digitally.

With the BAM we would like to offer our members an interactive and informal format for exchange.
At the Topic BAM we invite the speaker. At the Open BAM each member is invited to prepare their own topic and is given 1 minute to present it. On the BAM At the beginning, the attendees decide on the topic of the evening by voting. The topic presenter then gives a short keynote speech to stimulate discussion. This presentation is informal and should take between 10 and 15 minutes. Classic presentation tools can be easily shared with the other participants via screen sharing. The entire evening is scheduled to last 90 minutes and the results will be summarized by the moderators at the end.
With this format, we would like to address many members, further promote the life of the association and strengthen contact with each other. We therefore look forward to your participation!

In the long term, the format should take place monthly in this form, Topic BAM with a fixed theme and open BAMin which the participants can offer a topic themselves, in rotation.
